Davis & Morgan a.s. was established in 2013 with the aim of providing effective administrative and advisory services for entrepreneurs.
The vision of our company is to create a reliably functioning system of modern services providing a wide range of needs of entrepreneurs under one roof. The aim is to relieve entrepreneurs from the typical administrative, legal or accounting concerns so that they can focus as much as possible on the development of their business.
To date, we have managed to integrate the provision of virtual offices and residence services, sales of ready-made companies, bookkeeping and legal advice. In the near future, we would like to expand our portfolio with audit and tax advisory services.
We currently provide virtual office services at five attractive addresses in Bratislava to more than a thousand companies. We are one of the traders with the largest and widest offer of Slovak ready-made companies (more than 100 companies in stock, a total of more than 900 companies sold). The partner law firm and cooperating accountants provide hundreds of our clients with additional support in the area of legal services and accounting.
Our main office is located in a commercial space on the ground floor of a multifunctional building at Račianská 88 B in Bratislava.
